These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and accommodation services at Villa Old Mariner.

1. Reservations

• Reservations can be made via direct contact, booking request form, or approved booking platforms.

• A reservation is considered confirmed only after direct confirmation from us.

2. Payment

• Payment terms (deposit or full payment) are communicated individually at the time of booking.

• Payment methods and deadlines will be agreed directly with the guest.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation terms will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

• In case of late cancellation or no-show, charges may apply according to the agreed terms.

4. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: from [14:00 to 22:00]

• Check-out: until [12:00]

Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request, subject to availability.

5. House Rules

Guests are expected to:

• Respect the property, other guests, and neighbors

• Keep noise to a reasonable level

• Take care of furnishings and equipment

Any damage caused by guests may be charged accordingly.

6. Children & Pets

• Policies regarding children and pets will be communicated individually, depending on accommodation type.

7. Liability

Villa Old Mariner is not responsible for:

• Loss or damage of personal belongings

• Injuries or accidents occurring on the property unless caused by proven negligence

Guests stay at their own responsibility.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Montenegro.
